When calling by phone for a reservation we ask that you call at least one day in advance.

If a call for a reservation is made on the same day as the appointment we will have no problem accommodating the request if we have that time available.

When requesting service or a quote, please be sure to have the following information ready:

1. Contact information
2. Date of Pick Up
3. Time of Pick Up
   
4. Address of Pick Up
5. Address of Drop Off
   
6. Approximate Return Time 
7. Wheelchair or Walking
8. How many persons traveling

We are available every day of the year including holidays.

For major holidays -Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Eve and Day - we request that you give us at least one week notice. If you call with less than one week notice, we will do everything possible to meet your request.

There is a surcharge for major holidays.

For all reservations, please call as far in advance as possible.
